You'll be able to partake in the educational sessions and dine and have fun with the chef community. You'll even get to see these beautiful sheep in person!
More Information: 3 - 8 p.m. We'll be planning on serving up some great food, wine, beers and general beverages beginning at 5 p.m. Think family style picnic,but you don't have to do a thing! Dress for the weather - this is a gathering that is outside. Enjoy a fireside experience. Plan on dining out on delicious lamb and other seasonal fare.
Chef Agenda Option - Learn about Lamb Butchery at 4 p.m. Explore what's new with table settings by seeing the "gallery" throughout the property, enjoy tasty samples along the way, get involved in a lively discussion about customer retention at 3:30.
